As the Vice-President of the Management Board of Nordea Bank Polska S.A. he was responsible for areas such as operations and logistics. He has experience in building a product offer (comprehensive value proposition) for clients of large listed companies, including Bank Millennium S.A.

Member of credit committees in several banks with experience in financial analysis and assessment of the financial situation of business entities.

He has knowledge of financial markets and the principles of corporate governance. Experience gained, among others, as Chairman of Supervisory Boards of such entities as Investment Fund Companies or Brokerage House.
